nice people but can't find my issue I've read about it online that other people have had the issue I am having but it is freon smell coming into the cabin .. so much that it coates my cl I've read about it online that other people have had the issue I am having but it is freon smell coming into the cabin .. so much that it coates my clothes all day as I head off to work and necessiates me taking a shower in the evening when I return .. and yet the Service staff cannot find the source of this.. In fact, they can't even smell it. Perhaps they're smokers and can't smell lots of things, but this is going to cause me to have to get rid of my car, that I like a lot. More

Car wash/detail and tint repair Dan Landrum was extremely professional. The car wash was not so stellar. Great experience!! I had my 10k service. After my appt. was scheduled I received emails reminding me of the appt. When I arrived everything was ready and even though the I had my 10k service. paint peeling Toyota of Rockwall was uncaring and unresponsive to an area of large pieces of paint peeling from roof in front of sunroof. We purchased a $2,000 plu Toyota of Rockwall was uncaring and unresponsive to an area of large pieces of paint peeling from roof in front of sunroof. We purchased a $2,000 plus extended warranty on a used car that had 27,000 miles on it. We were told that the extended warranty covered everything from bumper to bumper including even if we left a window open and the inside of the door needed to be replaced. One would think that since Toyota covers paint problems UP TO 36,000 miles that the extended warranty would take over after that. NO NO NO You will know my car when you see it going from Dallas to Point Texas and other parts of the Dallas and extended areas. It will have signs on it regarding Toyota poor paint job and Rockwall Toyota not wanting to fix the problem. You will not only lose me as a customer forever more, but you may lose more customers. It probably wouldn't have cost the dealership $300 to have the roof repainted. instead, it may end up costing a few hundred in sales! More
