Very disappointed long term customer We had used Toyota of Rockwall for the repairs and maintenance of my SUV for years and had spent literally thousands of dollars with them. They had installed a new water pump and it failed at far less than half the expected life. They refused to make any effort to stand behind their work or even suggest that they cared or valued our repeated business. I spoke with the service manager and he was simply disinterested and uncaring. I didn't expect that from Toyota of Rockwall. I wasn't asking for a free water pump or service, but wanted to know they valued the relationship and would make some effort to partner wit us to make it right. He was dismissive, short and all but rude. We have not been back. Before leaving any reviews, I left three messages for the dealership manager to please contact me. I never received a call. I believed Toyota of Rickwall was better than this. More

I opted to take care of it myself at home, and the reschedule and appointment were handled by the dealer at no additional charge. More
