service of my 2015 Toyota Sienna I always a have good service when I come to the dealership to have my van serviced. I would not take it anywhere else unless I was out of town and it was an emergency. The service staff is always friendly from when you drive into the service entrance till you check out and leave. The only person that I think could improve was the lady that made my appointment she could use some help with she talks to customers her name was Felica she was boarding on rude. I like everyone else that I have come in contact with there when I call again to make a appointment I will ask to speak to someone else if she answers the phone. More

This evening late a UPS truck drove up and delivered a small box containing the "3rd key" to my 2014 Scion xB sent by Toyota of Rockwall. I tried the key on the car and it works. Thank you for your followup and I want to say that Craig Maynard there at Rockwall was very helpful to me and was highly considerate in assisting me. I had been turned down by Justin Hogue who is in the Service Department and tried to insinuate that possibly I had received the key at the sale back in 2014 and simply lost it. No such thing. I did not know the cars came with them until I bought my 2015 Parklan 686 in Houston on October 31, 2015 (Saturday). Justin not even know the function of such a key and stated that since it would have to be programmed for the car the cost would be prohibitive to Toyota of Rockwall. I called back and talked with Craig Maynard after speaking with Scion Customer Service and he investigated further and determined that this "3rd key", as with my 2015 doesn't have a chip and needs no programming. That was yesterday and now I have the key in hand and I am happy. I now realize that the cost for this key is nowhere near as much as the other 2 that have the chip inside and need programming. Might I suggest that someone at Toyota of Rockwall in management and the Scion Corporate do a review on how this was handled and see where it could have gone better in the beginning. Craig Maynard was 100% excellent in this and I am very disappointed at the lack of interest shown by Justin Hogue. He could have cared less if I was satisfied as a customer and a Scion owner. Thank you to all who really do want to make the Scion brand truly customer friendly and thank you Scion for listening to me in this matter. The worst bunch of " certified " mechanics I've ever seen... If your Toyota needs more than a oil change take it else were . Once you purchase a car, customer service disappears completely. I purchased the maintenance package for my Toyota Highlander. Every time I visit the service department for my maint. you would think I w completely. I purchased the maintenance package for my Toyota Highlander. Every time I visit the service department for my maint. you would think I was an inconvenience or asking for service on my car for free. Recently dropped off my car and was told one hour wait, I told my rep i was going to grab something to eat across the street and would be back before then. I walked back and saw they were in the process of the oil change. I went into lobby and waited in the customer waiting area designated for service dept. I waited and waited and nobody came and said my last name ( as they have done in the past) I finally asked and after a little searching my car had been ready for awhile. When I asked Don why someone didn't come to waiting area he said he thought i went shopping. I told him I did state ( to him) that I would be back before service was complete. Instead of apologizing or just stopping the conversation he told me next time i need to come find him and tell him I am back. He wasn't aplogietic or cared that i was upset because I had spent a total of two hours waiting on my car. During the time in the service area he saw me on two seperate occasions so its not like he didn't see me in the waiting area. I called the dealer after pulling off the lot and left a message for a manager. Now week later, i haven't received a call back or an apology. Because of this one experience, I am 100% sure i will not give them my business in the future. I have been a faithful Toyota owner for 15 years. So, enjoy your customer service before you purchase your car, it all ends once you sign the paperwork. Thought the public should now, i already shared this with my friends and family.
