New Tire Check We had purchased new tires a few days previous and I noticed that while making a hard right turn, that the tire was rubbing on the wheel well. Drove We had purchased new tires a few days previous and I noticed that while making a hard right turn, that the tire was rubbing on the wheel well. Drove up, with no appointment, and everything was fixed with no issue and I was in and out in no time! A clip had come loose on my wheel well, so the technician replaced the clip and all was good. Long Time Service was good however I had an appointment scheduled and was there for 2.5 hour for an oil change. I saw several people come and go so that arrived after me but I cant say what they were seen for. Then we I left they didn't put the glove box back together after checking the air filter. I will continue to use Toyota as this is the first bad experience I have had but think it is important to know when something isn't just right.. Keep up the good work, maybe it was just a bad day.
