Although it’s convenient, it is not the quickest service center. I am also disappointed they do not offer a complimentary car wash. I usually go to another dealership but traffic is a nightmare with construction so I thought I would try Toyota of Rockwall again. I had an appointment at 11:00 I arrived shortly before 11:00. Three p nightmare with construction so I thought I would try Toyota of Rockwall again. I had an appointment at 11:00 I arrived shortly before 11:00. Three people came to my car and I told each of them the same thing. I was there to get my tires rotated and I had an appointment. They kept saying someone else would come help me. After about 25 minutes someone finally waited on me and told me it would be another 45 minutes to have my tires rotated. In total I was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes….to get my tires rotated with an appointment. And….my car was not washed when it came back to me. They said they no longer have a car wash. They got rid of it during Covid. My car is under warranty and this has always been done when I go to other dealerships. You need to do better Toyota of Rockwall! I have 4 Toyotas and they are always clean when they come back to me at other dealerships and I would never have to wait for almost 2 hours to get a tire rotation WITH an appointment. More
