This in no way is in his job description, but he saved the day for me and my kids, we were on our way to the zoo for the day! More

10,000 Mile Service Took car in for my second scheduled service. Took only an hour during a busy time. Mickey was prompt and courteous. No oil change I was in the service center in February of 2018 because when I took my car for an oil changed I was told the plug was stripped. Toyota of Rockwall had I was in the service center in February of 2018 because when I took my car for an oil changed I was told the plug was stripped. Toyota of Rockwall had completed all of my oil changes so I called and took it back. I had to wait two days because they did not have part. I purchased my car from there but it is a Dodge which is one just across the highway. I had to pay almost 100. 00 for an oil change verse only 50.00 Fast forward to May 17th getting ready to go out of town take my car for oil change told the same thing. Call dealer ship go in and worked with Micky which come to find out they never changed the oil plug because they still had it. So guess what my oil had never been changed. when I purchased my car the sale person was so nice but since then my service has been horrible. I will never purchase another car here will not recommend this dealership. How long have they been telling me my oil was changed and it was not? What type of damage has been done to my car. No sorry or nothing. I did not pay for the oil change because I had paid for it in February and my oil never got changed. I was not offered anything. Never ever will go back. Taking my SUV to job to make sure no damage has been done since I really do not know when was the last time my oil was actually changed. I will be writing a formal compliant. More

Mick was very attentive and the only complaints I have are the windshield had a streak on it after they washed the car, the driveway was blocked up so I had to wait awhile to get out, and the work took 45 minutes longer than I expected. These are a fine bunch of people and I'm sure that the next time I show up they will get it done closer to the estimated time and I will definitely give them 5 stars. They also are going to take care of an issue with my matts. Great place. Almost got 5 stars, but hey, if everybody gave them 5 stars you wouldn't believe any of these reviews. More
