Called about a sensor repair on my truck! After being hung up on twice I was finally connected to Carl with the service center. While speaking on the phone he was short and rude with me. I After being hung up on twice I was finally connected to Carl with the service center. While speaking on the phone he was short and rude with me. I explained what I believed to be the problem when he interrupted me and sternly corrected me. Made me feel like an idiot. He also quoted me $2000-3000 for the fix with out even seeing the vehicle. I took my car to another dealer and they are fixing it for $400. Highly advise you stay clear unless you are okay with high pressure, high cost, and condescending advisors. More
