Excellent dealership The Highlander is my first Toyota and I couldn't be more pleased with the car and Toyota of Rockwall. He even came to our house to deliver the car, link the cell phone, and further explain its features. I've had the car in for service a couple time and each time was a pleasant experience. The shop is immaculate, and the service was done efficiently and correctly. I am glad to have bought a Toyota and especially glad it was from Toyota of Rockwall. More

My oil change was completed in half the time expected, my car was clean and Carl opened all doors in an effort to help me cart out the heavy load of items I brought to keep me busy, (I expected to be there for over an hour). The most impressive part of my experience was Carl’s pleasant attitude at the end of a long day. I did not feel like “just another oil change” and he treated me well despite the fact that I wasn’t a “big ticket” in the system. WHen Carl asked if I would like to schedule another service with Rockwall Toyota, I decided I would definitely be coming back, not to mention requesting Carl to be my Service Advisor. More

Excellent service compared to Toyota of Irving I went to Toyota of Rockwall after having the worst experience at the Irving location and they took care of my maintenance and airbag light quickly an I went to Toyota of Rockwall after having the worst experience at the Irving location and they took care of my maintenance and airbag light quickly and put me in a rental similar to my car. In Irving I left my car there several times and was told they didn’t know how to fix the airbag light because the car is so new they don’t have a manual. They put me in a 2007 Hyundai Accent for 3 days and was told my car was ready but still wasn’t fixed. More
