Routine oil and tire rotate Always pleasant and accommodating, looks like they may have a bottleneck in the car wash function. I noticed that my truck was out of the service bay in less than 30 minutes but then waited another 45 minutes to an hour to have it washed and pulled around. Great folks though with a strong customer service focus. More

10,000 mile service on my 2017 Tundra I brought my Tundra in slightly before my appointment time and was met quickly by Michael Schott. He verified why I was there and informed me that the service time for oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and wash would be about an hour. While I waited, I enjoyed some coffee, visited briefly with Dale Calhoun, and viewed a few new cars and trucks. In about an hour, Michael informed me that my truck was ready. He took me through a review of all that was done including inspection points and then asked if I had any questions. I had no questions and was pleased with the service. I'll be back for the next service interval. It was a good experience. More

The service was done quickly and Rockwall Toyota has a very nice waiting area for customers. I was able to get work done on my laptop and enjoy a fresh cookie while my vehicle was being taken care of. Kyle is the best and has known my family for years. I also love the fact that they wash my car before returning it to me. I have not had this level of service at other area Toyota Service Centers and am more than willing to drive 30 minutes from home in order to have service done at this location -- that's how good they are!! . I took him back to the dealership to pick up his car, and not only did he get another car, it was a brand new Corolla, and I got in on the deal by buying a gorgeous midnight blue Camry, I was not even looking as I was perfectly satisfied with my 2011 Camry, but boy am I happy with the 2018!!
