Outstanding customer service Carl was very helpful he listened to my issues with my van and assured me he would look into them while the van was being serviced. He came back in twenty minutes and told me that my issues were a result of the battery not being upgraded when the vehicle was converted to handicap accessible. He said they did not have a battery in stock that would be sufficient but I could replace it with a higher cold cranking amp battery and i'd be fine. The time he took to explain everything will insure that I will continue to use you all in the future. More

Moreover, she is diligent in follow up to ensure I get all necessary checks/repairs done to maximize continual performance. Casey is so knowledgeable about vehicles, I truly believe she knows more about my vehicle and the tendencies my engine goes thru than I do...and I own the vehicle!! 😀 Casey is tremendous...she's the best, most engaging service rep I've ever encountered in dealing with maintenance at car dealerships. She has awesome customer service skills, and is not afraid to tell me what I need to get done to my vehicle and the reasons thereof. These, coupled with her knowledge of Toyota vehicles in general, are all impressive traits indeed!! She does all this with a smile on her face, and ultimate professionalism employed.
