Excellent Service Tech —Kyle Rust In 2010 I purchased a new Avalon. In November 2013 I had a problem with my door locks. I was assured they had fixed the problem by cleaning the batt In 2010 I purchased a new Avalon. In November 2013 I had a problem with my door locks. I was assured they had fixed the problem by cleaning the battery post. The next day I had the same problem . I took it back in and they assured me it was a problem With dirty battery post. They cleaned the post and within a day the problem occurred again. I took it back in again and they replaced a part. My bill was $1292.10, Invoice # TOCS135332.. In February 2014 I had a problem relating to the starter. This time they had my car for over a week. They had to remove the dash. As I was driving home my radio started going off and on. Also, the A/C vent on the drivers side was jammed and would not open or close. I live about 35 miles from the dealership. I took it back and they said the radios was something I had done, which was not true. They also said the vent could not be fixed. Invoice. #TOCS143550 I have a Trunda and an Avalon. Based upon the above events I have told a countless number of my clients and friends about my above experience. On my most recent visit, which was last week, my Service advisor was Kyle Rust. I was very pleased with his atttitued and expertise. He performed above and beyond what I expected. Last week I took my Trunda in for service. I had been considering trading cars because my Avalon had 130K miles. I certainly did not intend to buy another car from the dealership; however, based upon what I say with Mr Rust I decided to buy a used Avalon. More

Using a mobile device This dealership needs to consider current technology options to Improve customer convenience and service. The service person also changed the instrument panel display settings trying to figure out how to reset maintenance reminder while making no attempt to correct their mistake. If these service people are supposed to know my Toyota better than anyone else we are in trouble. More
