Worst service Took 4 times for them to replace the lid on my gas tank. The first time they told me the part was there when i went in they said it wasnt. Second time i went in the part they had was damaged and had the never to say the dont even check the parts when they come in. Third time i went in they had to put me in a rental because they could put the part in and had to send it to the body shop. Until finally the 4th time they got it right. No communication what so ever. Then come to find out they gave me a 6% interest rate vs what i told them my bank was giving me which was 3%. When i went to talk to the finance guy he told me there was nothing he could do and that he was never aware of my 3% with my bank. He then told me that the only thing i could do was refiance it with my bank. He had the nerves to say its just a few dollars more bi foudn that to be very offensive he does not know my finances so to me a few DOLLARS GOES A LONG WAY. That was very rude and unprofessional. I will never never come to this dealer no one seems to have their stuff together. Will definitely most certain not recommend anyone to this dealer. More

Otherwise I get my regular service done at Subaru of Plano. I feel their service advisers keep you better informed and not trying to sell more than is necessary. Also, a certain positive attitude that we expect with great customer service...was not felt. More
