Dependable Service I was recently stranded in McKinney Texas and my Tundra would not start, no lights on the dash or anything. Although I was only a half mile from Pat L I was recently stranded in McKinney Texas and my Tundra would not start, no lights on the dash or anything. Although I was only a half mile from Pat Lobb Toyota, I could not reach anyone in service after 5 calls to the receptionist. I decided to call Toyota of Rockwall and Kyle Rust who usually takes care of my Tundra. Although he wasn't at his desk when I called, I left a voicemail. Within 5 minutes Kyle returned my call and we made plans to get my truck towed back to Rockwall for service. I was able to pickup my Tundra the next day by noon! Awesome service, thanks Kyle! More
