Excellent dealership The Highlander is my first Toyota and I couldn't be more pleased with the car and Toyota of Rockwall. The car was fairly priced and the salesman took all the time we needed to familiarize us with the car and its new technology. He even came to our house to deliver the car, link the cell phone, and further explain its features. I've had the car in for service a couple time and each time was a pleasant experience. The shop is immaculate, and the service was done efficiently and correctly. I am glad to have bought a Toyota and especially glad it was from Toyota of Rockwall. More

Great Service continues after sale Took my car in for an oil change, was met by a cheery face and pleasant personality, Carl was his name. My oil change was completed in half the time expected, my car was clean and Carl opened all doors in an effort to help me cart out the heavy load of items I brought to keep me busy, (I expected to be there for over an hour). The most impressive part of my experience was Carl’s pleasant attitude at the end of a long day. I did not feel like “just another oil change” and he treated me well despite the fact that I wasn’t a “big ticket” in the system. WHen Carl asked if I would like to schedule another service with Rockwall Toyota, I decided I would definitely be coming back, not to mention requesting Carl to be my Service Advisor. More
