Dependable Service I was recently stranded in McKinney Texas and my Tundra would not start, no lights on the dash or anything. Although I was only a half mile from Pat L I was recently stranded in McKinney Texas and my Tundra would not start, no lights on the dash or anything. Although I was only a half mile from Pat Lobb Toyota, I could not reach anyone in service after 5 calls to the receptionist. I decided to call Toyota of Rockwall and Kyle Rust who usually takes care of my Tundra. Although he wasn't at his desk when I called, I left a voicemail. Within 5 minutes Kyle returned my call and we made plans to get my truck towed back to Rockwall for service. I was able to pickup my Tundra the next day by noon! Awesome service, thanks Kyle! More

Worst service Took 4 times for them to replace the lid on my gas tank. The first time they told me the part was there when i went in they said it wasnt. It had not Took 4 times for them to replace the lid on my gas tank. The first time they told me the part was there when i went in they said it wasnt. It had not even been ordered. Second time i went in the part they had was damaged and had the never to say the dont even check the parts when they come in. Third time i went in they had to put me in a rental because they could put the part in and had to send it to the body shop. Until finally the 4th time they got it right. No communication what so ever. Then come to find out they gave me a 6% interest rate vs what i told them my bank was giving me which was 3%. When i went to talk to the finance guy he told me there was nothing he could do and that he was never aware of my 3% with my bank. He then told me that the only thing i could do was refiance it with my bank. He had the nerves to say its just a few dollars more bi foudn that to be very offensive he does not know my finances so to me a few DOLLARS GOES A LONG WAY. That was very rude and unprofessional. I will never never come to this dealer no one seems to have their stuff together. Will definitely most certain not recommend anyone to this dealer. More
