From the moment I arrived to when my car was finished, Carl was courteous and professional. He let me know the status of my car and made sure I didn't have any questions. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased here and Carl is one of the reasons why. When I don't understand how to program my new vehicle or if a message or light comes on that I don't understand, if I call Carl he will help me fix the problem over the phone or let me know if I need to bring my car in. He is always willing to take the time to fully explain things when I ask him about my vehicle. I can't say enough good things about him. When I was taking my 2006 Corolla in for service I saw the same people and they recognized me. It service turn over has been really bad since the dealership was sold several years ago. It seems you need to do something different to keep your service people. More
