Last Minute Service Check On our drive to Rockwall from Cedar Creek Lake our maintenance notification popped up. We were going to Costco and I just happened to see the Toyota dealership. After shopping at Costco I told my husband so we were able to get in just after 6pm and we drove out of there at 7:07pm. This experience was not what i expected. I came to the dealership two week prior to to schedule my appointment. My appointment was not on the system on the appointment day. I had to wait for I came to the dealership two week prior to to schedule my appointment. My appointment was not on the system on the appointment day. I had to wait for Dan to get there before i could proceed. My service for the appointment was to get my window tinted, oil change and a detail. It seem as though the mix up was my name. Instead of my name in the system as Davy Stoker it is in the system as Stoker Davy. Pedro should have put me in the system correctly from the sale process. This could have been a very bad experience for me but this facility has an angel with red hair. Amanda the cashier went beyond her job to get me situated to make the experience an experience to help me look beyond the nuisances that took place. Thank you Amanda you make Toyota of Rockwall better. More
