Poor Service I went in for scheduled oil service. The lanes were pretty empty on a late afternoon around 4:30ish. I drove right in and no one came up to me immedia I went in for scheduled oil service. The lanes were pretty empty on a late afternoon around 4:30ish. I drove right in and no one came up to me immediately. A driver guy informed me that someone would attend to me soon in an effort ( it seems) to save face). Then a consultant came to my window to gather my information. My truck sat for awhile before being taken in. I don’t understand why since the day appeared slow with lanes fairly empty on the oil side as well. I was patient. It took until 6 when I decided to approach my consultant. He had my paperwork and said he was waiting for keys that it was being washed but actually it was in the lot . This tells me he was not paying attention to my service as a customer. This entire visit was not a good experience and I would not recommend to anyone based on what I feel is a decline of service More
