Great service One suggestion, tell a customer it may take 2 hours if that is possible, when you tell us 1 1/2 hours and it takes over 2 hours, that was disappointin One suggestion, tell a customer it may take 2 hours if that is possible, when you tell us 1 1/2 hours and it takes over 2 hours, that was disappointing, especially when they did not even change the oil, just checked fluid levels, and rotated tires. I know it only had just over 3K on it, but they knew that when taking it in for our first oil change. it was our impression every 5 months OR 5,000 miles, and we have had the vehicle 5 1/2 months. A week and a half ago, I came in for routine maintenance and to order a broken interior handle part. Got a carwash and left. The next morning, I noticed that my passenger side tow hook cover was missing fro and to order a broken interior handle part. Got a carwash and left. The next morning, I noticed that my passenger side tow hook cover was missing from my bumper. I called and mentioned it to the service clerk and she told me that they would just assess it when I came in to fix the handle. I showed up a few days later. We had to wait a while once the handle was installed because "it was waiting for a carwash", but I didn't expect more for not making an appointment ahead of time. Matt Jones was really nice and personable and gave us routine updates as we waited. Before Matt was available, I told another advisor (woman with a patch on her neck) that I'm 99% sure that the tow hook cover came off in the dealer carwash a week before and to see if they could check to see if the part was in the back or if there was a spare somewhere. But she told me that it'd be like finding a needle in a haystack and that they couldn't cover the cost of the part. I don't think anyone out there is stealing tow hook covers, and the only carwash I've been to was the Rockwall dealer. Wish I could have gotten a little nicer service when dealing with the lost part. More

Justin was great. He was very attentive..even offered to get me a refill on my coffee. Explained everything that was being done up vehicle. He also explained to me how the “Extra Care Toyota” program that w get me a refill on my coffee. Explained everything that was being done up vehicle. We were told at the time of purchase ..it would cover everything..even a new set of tires..apparently...Not True! We won’t be buying THAT again! Now we know!!! Thanks Justin for explaining!! Ugh!!
