New Alignment Sensors Came in to inflate tires. I was informed my 1 year old vehicle failed alignment upon pulling in. In all fairness to my self, I could've came in with Came in to inflate tires. I was informed my 1 year old vehicle failed alignment upon pulling in. In all fairness to my self, I could've came in with a slight curve and not completely straight. There was a lady who came in behind me who also failed. I looked up at a screen monitor, in the service bay that showed several vehicles at once who passed and quite a few who failed. I didn't get the recommended repair due to lack of confidence in this new alignment equipment. More

Routine maintenance on 2018 Toyota camry I was greeted promptly by Stephanie who after determining the purpose of my visit logged my vehicle in for service. She was very friendly and courteous and answered all my questions. The wait time for completion of the job was reasonable. My only complaint is the design of the chairs in the waiting area. They are very uncomfortable (for me). The depth of the seat is too large and the back is too low. Can't lean back and relax! More
