I fully trusted I would receive good service upon dropping off our vehicle. After spending $1300 for repairs I was fully expecting to have a vehicle in working order but after receiving vehicle back dropping off our vehicle. After spending $1300 for repairs I was fully expecting to have a vehicle in working order but after receiving vehicle back a problem with the a/c brought us back. This was not a problem upon dropping off. It made sense it was a result of the electrical repairs being made to the vehicle. It appeared to be a short or electrical issue as the a/c light would flash and cause the engine to reve and rpms to move. After bringing it back we’re told the ac compressor needed replacing and would be another $2400!!! I have some serious concerns that what was repaired caused this to occur but were told it wasn’t related. Needless to say we lost our trust and will be going to someone else for a second opinion. I would caution anyone I know from doing business. Feel taken advantage of. Very sad! We dealt with Mick on our first visit and Cody Johnson on second visit. Mick was very helpful. Not sure who to blame for the poor diagnosis on the second visit Cody or your service mechanics. Requested to speak to the service manager and was able to speak to someone that represented themselves as manager to later find out the service manager was not in that today. Complete runaround when questioning the diagnosis and it’s relation to initial repair. More

Your Service Representative Mick greeted me with a business friendly manner. He listened to the my service needs. He then took me to his work station and we filled out the work order. I asked if I nee business friendly manner. He listened to the my service needs. He then took me to his work station and we filled out the work order. I asked if I needed any other service and he said that I was needed a oil change, tire rotation, and several other minor items. I had a service contract with Rockwall Toyota. I waited in your great service area. Mick kept me informed of progress. He checked me out very efficiently. More

New Alignment Sensors Came in to inflate tires. I was informed my 1 year old vehicle failed alignment upon pulling in. In all fairness to my self, I could've came in with Came in to inflate tires. There was a lady who came in behind me who also failed. I looked up at a screen monitor, in the service bay that showed several vehicles at once who passed and quite a few who failed. I didn't get the recommended repair due to lack of confidence in this new alignment equipment. More
