They fixed a chip in my windshield and didn't do a good job. It's still pretty visible AND now there are scratches around it. When I left I thought they were just marks from the process or something, but I can't rub them out. No time to take it back...frustrating. More

We have been working with Toyota of Rockwall since they opened. The service group is great. They are courteous, efficient, and they clearly explain all the work that needs to be done. I took my car in for opened. The service group is great. They are courteous, efficient, and they clearly explain all the work that needs to be done. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and was prepared to wait, but they told me my car was due for more extensive work as well that would take longer. They offered me a ride home, called me when the work was finished, and offered me a ride back. That's customer service! More
