Adjusting to the COVID-19 I needed service and contacted Justin Hogue. He advised me that instead of bringing my SUV in for service, they would be glad to pick it up and deliv I needed service and contacted Justin Hogue. He advised me that instead of bringing my SUV in for service, they would be glad to pick it up and deliver it post service. It worked well, the shuttle team was timely and respectful and my SUV got the necessary service with no risk to me or my wife. Hopefully, this shuttle/pick-up service will continue after the COVID-19 issue subsides. More

Coffe machine was broken , only get a 1/4 of a CUP at a time . Warranty on tires we purchase from there is missleading compare to other vendors . Toyota of Rockwall put their most experienced mechanics on the job (rodent damage repair) and we really appreciate that. They also assigned Stephanie as our service advisor. She was superb. I was surprised that they said that I didn't need any other service at this time and only had to pay for the recommended service. I appreciated that.
