Great customer service as always. My service representative kept me aware during each step of the repair process and was accurate with the time to complete. At 20K paid for wheel alignment at 30K they said I needed a wheel alignment. Said they had no record of me doing it and that I was out of alignment. What did I pay for last time (I have receipt) I drive 10 a wheel alignment. Said they had no record of me doing it and that I was out of alignment. What did I pay for last time (I have receipt) I drive 10 miles a day in town only can't imagine I was out of alignment already. Said yes to car wash and didn't get one. Car was with them for 3 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Not sure who my Service person was since I dropped it off with one person and a different person checked me out. More
