I came in with a sunroof issue and an extended warranty. My vehicle has never had service on the sunroof. In the ice storm when we opened the sunroof it was jarred or something. The service writer called and said the screws were stripped, implying myself or possibly someone else might have worked on the unit and stripped them. We have taken the 4-runner in occasionally for service and will no longer do that through Toyota of Rockwall. More
