I had to check on the status of my vehicle and was not informed. When I went to the service advisor, he said, "Didn't you receive the text message?" I said, "No." As I was standing there, the text message informed. When I went to the service advisor, he said, "Didn't you receive the text message?" I said, "No." As I was standing there, the text message appeared. He told me my vehicle was in the car wash and it would be another 10 minutes. It was actually another 30 minutes. I was only in for the 15,000 mile service, which is checking the mats, tire rotation, check fluid levels, brake pads. It should not have taken well over 2 hours to do this. I specifically told the lady on the phone that I did not want to wait long. She said the 2:00 appointment would be good. Also, they told me my car was out of alignment. At 15,000 miles, a 2021 4 Runner really? I never really drive on bad roads and am retired doing limited driving. When I let go of the steering wheel on my car, it goes straight ahead. There does not seem to be an alignment problem. I've never had a new car in the past 30 years that needed an alignment at 15,000 miles. I will find another Toyota Dealership to have my Toyota serviced. I am just glad I didn't buy my Toyota here. More

My experience was wonderful. Drove up for my appointment at 8:30 and was immediately greeted. Mick showed me around the dealership and let me know where I could plug into an outlet using my laptop. I visited Toyota Rockwall awhile back and was very disappointed with the service advisor who care less about my 48k car. After years I visited Toyota of Rockwall and met the best Advisor with excellen disappointed with the service advisor who care less about my 48k car. I felt welcomed at Rockwall service center today. However, the ladies at the cashier area need to be professional and be friendly with all customers. More
They do a good job servicing our vehicle however, they are short sited when it comes to pricing. We drove from Allen to this dealership because they had a coupon for service. Upon arrival they said they couldn't honor the price since our vehicle needed more involved service which was also noted on the coupon. Instead of working with us to discount the full price they sent us on our way. We ultimately had the service done in Mckinney with their 20% off coupon. More
