When trying to inform the service department of the vehicles heavy use, they opted to go with a 10k service and would not accept a 5k mile heavy use service coverage, even though toyota has different r vehicles heavy use, they opted to go with a 10k service and would not accept a 5k mile heavy use service coverage, even though toyota has different recommendations for service based on use.
