Didn’t even get what I scheduled online, got up sold on 2-3 things I didn’t need, still waiting on a response from management about them actually flushing my brakes as they should have. Had to tell them about the services my car needs at 30000 and they told me I wasn’t right and then later called telling me I was. Have full documentation of my experience between photos, phone records, paper, and screen recordings of their entire website that I was navigating while on the phone with them. I’ve purchased two vehicles under the Toyota banner and always seeked them out for maintenance. May want to double check everything before spending money here. P.s I have to fully extend my leg to get my brakes to fully engage and I sit super close to my steering wheel and I’m about 5’8 so the fact they didn’t seem to take that into consideration is really a carelessness for services provided and a lack of consideration for a customers safety. Hope y’all have better luck then I did. More
Everyone is super kind and nice. Sam with service is professional and great to work with. If you customized your vehicle in any way I would recommend not getting it worked on here. Service is quick to tell you what's wrong with your vehicle but may not be able to fix it. I paid nearly 1,700 dollars and now I have to tow my truck to another shop to fix the problem that was not there before there quick lube techs touched it. I would never send a customer's car away that was not perfect but they will make the exception. More

Techs wouldn’t listen to my concerns without blaming the known issue on something outside of their assumptions. Service Department team is great. However I was a little disappointed about the car wash. I looks like it has been down since June.
