1. Repeated requests for paperwork on work done to the car to prepare for sale and on windshield repairs and never received other one. 2. When I initially called on the issue, I was asked to bring the car in I would be put on the schedule for first thing Saturday morning. I asked and was given the name of a person I should ask for on arriving. When I arrived at the dealership, I was not on the schedule and the person I was to see was not even working that day. 2 Brought the car back twice for the same issue as it kept re-occurring and was told I would just have to take it to Honda. 3. After taking the car to Honda dealership I found out that Rockwall Toyota had installed incorrectly an after market airflow sensor and the sensor had to be replaced along with the fuel pump. 4. I had to ask repeatedly about the windshield repairs and after 3 weeks finally was assured and Toyota Rockwall had someone come out to seal the cracks. (5 in total and 2 of which have vertical lines extending) However, I still have concerns that in bad weather the repairs will not hold as the major cracks are still visible. 5. Found out both front tires were severely worn on the inside thread and I had to replace one of them within 300 miles I driving. I was shown where there were major gauges in the tire and where it appeared to have had attempted repairs. There is no way this should have been missed with your 100 point check and should have been stated as part of the sale. Overall my experience with Rockwall Toyota immediately after the sales.paperwork was signed and to date has not been a very pleasant one. I would not feel comfortable recommending Toyota Rockwall at this point. The car has been in the shop more than I have been able to drive it so far. More
