Normally, I am pleased with my experience at Toyota of Rockwall, but this time it was a negative. I brought the car in in response to the notice on the dashboard said “service required immediately.” It tu Rockwall, but this time it was a negative. I brought the car in in response to the notice on the dashboard said “service required immediately.” It turned out that all it needed was tire rotation. I brought the car at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment and it took them 2 HOURS to accomplish that simple task. No one made any effort to communicate with me as I waited. I was not charged, but my time has value to me and I have much better ways to pass 2 hours than spend them in your waiting area. More
