Great until I was lied to I specifically asked him to fix the nail in the driver side back tire! Not once but twice did I ask about it. When I called to check on the truck he s I specifically asked him to fix the nail in the driver side back tire! Not once but twice did I ask about it. When I called to check on the truck he said he will check on it. He then called back and said they rotated the tires and didn’t find a nail! Well that’s a lie. Guess what, the nail is still there and now I’m going to have to take more time out to get the tire fixed someplace else. I won’t be servicing my truck on rockwall Toyota again. It was a waste of my time and I don’t like be lied to. More
