Goodwin Isokpan,  sales he's a big liar,  Perry Ellis finance manager   beware of this guy he is the one stealing your money on the paperwork , sales manager Fausto Hurtado , his cut with the same knife , thief and a liar he doesn't care about the customers and this lady customer relationship manager Kathleen Fleming she doesn't care about customers she made a comment that says . If we don't do these kind of transactions we won't be in business , these people are just thieves in a big Liars,  so be careful because once you sign the paperwork it's over for you these people don't care to help you , they don't care about customers they don't care about you I highly recommend stay away from Toyota of Riverside More

HIGHLY recommend Toyota of Riverside! I had seen my 2016 GMC Terrain for a few days on the lot. My husband stopped in to get some info and stated we 'may' return... Well, we did... Our salesman, Tony Turdo wasted no time in letting us test drive. He was very professional but personable. I did not feel pressured into buying and a few hours later (maybe less!) I was driving home in my new car, which I love! I think our finance person was Carlos (?) and he made the finance experience understandable and explained everything thoroughly. Greatest customer service. Was greeted by ysmael he was very helpful and knowledgeable in many cars. Once we found the car I wanted it wasn't in the interior color I wanted. He Was greeted by ysmael he was very helpful and knowledgeable in many cars. Once we found the car I wanted it wasn't in the interior color I wanted. He went out of he's way to get the color I wanted, found it in there over flow lot. Was able to drive away with it that day. We went to the finanicial department which we were with Laz he was efficient and an overall great experience. Loved the electronic table signing all the documents made it quick and less confusing.
