I don’t usually write reviews, but this one really means something. Alexis Martinez is the ONLY reason I even gave Toyota of Riverside another chance. My past experiences there were honestly frustrating—other salespeople made me feel like I wasn’t a serious buyer, like I was wasting their time. I walked away feeling overlooked and done with the dealership completely. Then I found Alexis on TikTok… and everything changed. I reached out while searching for a 2026 Toyota RAV4 (which are incredibly hard to find right now), and from the very first conversation, he treated me with respect. No pressure, no games—just real guidance. He took the time to explain everything, kept it transparent, and made me feel genuinely comfortable during one of the biggest purchases of my life. That kind of experience is rare. I was even considering going to Claremont Toyota or Longo, but after working with Alexis, there was no reason to. He took care of everything and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He deserves way more credit than he gets. Alexis isn’t just part of Toyota of Riverside… he IS Toyota of Riverside. Without him, I wouldn’t have come back—simple as that. Honestly, the best dealer you can visit to buy a vehicle had not found another deal that would help me so much in buying a vehicle so much that I bought two right there, I took my sister-in-law and a friend and they attended them in the best way and helped them take a vehicle if you want to go buy a car you surely need to go to this Toyota Riverside dealer, thanks again to Mr. A.
