The first and the worst experience with Toyota dealership. I haven't seen such unprofessional behavior and dishonesty in any company. I made an appointment to this dealership about two weeks ago. I talked with one of the dealers there. He showed me the prices and I told him that I am comparing Honda and Toyota prices to make a decision. We reached to an agreement on Toyota Camry SE 2018 with convenience package. I asked for a test drive. In the car I asked the price again and I emphasized that "So we can make a deal with this price?" He told me yes two times. I asked him what if I want to buy the car today? What is your lowest price in this case? He answered "let me see my documents and papers" I went to his office, after a while the manager came to me and offered a price hundred dollars per month more than our agreement!!! I could not believe that but they both insisted on that I was wrong. I left there and they called me after several hours. They wanted to make it better. I told them what is your price now? They told me they will call in a while. They called me and told me that it is impossible to offer you the deal you talked to the first dealer, not even close to that. The difference is about $100 per month. I changed my mind on Toyota, Im buying a either Honda or KIA. They are more honest and respectful. More
