Derek immediately greeted me upon entry, asked very specific questions about what I was looking for and then explained two choices of vehicles he felt would meet my needs. He was honest about the pros/cons of my other choices as it related to what he selected and explained the costs associated to each which ultimately drove me to my path to purchase. It was the most efficient car purchase I have experienced with next level customer service and overall product knowledge. He followed up several times afterwards making sure I didn't have any questions or issues which proved he truly cared about my purchase experience. More

Stay away from this dealership I brought used car from here, used car sales people are worst here and do not trust them. After negotiating the price, they made us to wait for hour o I brought used car from here, used car sales people are worst here and do not trust them. After negotiating the price, they made us to wait for hour or so to get with finance people. Same as usual they tried to sell extended warranty even after buying CPO vehicle here and at the time of selling extended warrant, finance guy Mr.Gomez said only cost $480 for extended warranty and never showed the breakdown of tax, registration charges, finance charges and how much we are borrowing from the lender even after asking many times, he just showing monthly loan payment but not showing actual amount of all costs involved, basically he was hiding breakdown total costs and how much I am borrowing from lender. After we came out with the purchased car, I saw he made us to borrow $16000 from lender instead $11000. It's total rip off. Don't trust Guy name Gomez and his director. Toyota of Richardson is a ripoff place stay away with them. More

Good dealer I purchase my car on 12/12/2015 and i had a good experience in buying this car.
