I stopped by Toyota of Richardson on Saturday, August 26th to test drive an Infiniti G35... Robert Alicea greeted me at the door with a smile and a willingness to help. Even though the price and the car were nice, I wanted a different color combination. I left the lot but around 9pm that nite, my cell phone rings! To my surprise, Robert called to let me know they had just received a trade-in that I may like with the exact color I was searching for... First thing Monday morning, I went to see Robert and he and Kirby (Pre-Owned Sales manager) sealed the deal for me and I drove my new car off the lot. I will forever be grateful to Robert Alicea and Kirby for their excellent customer service and their ability to price cars at a Fair price. Robert you are a wonderful person and I will be sure to recommend everyone I know to TOYOTA OF RICHARDSON. More
So very bad! Why? Because the guy that was helping me; although always polite and attentive took off for lunch and left me hanging. A younger gentleman who worked at the desk next to his (didn’t get his although always polite and attentive took off for lunch and left me hanging. A younger gentleman who worked at the desk next to his (didn’t get his name) asked if he could help – he went back and checked on my car – came back and yep… sure enough it was done and was just getting in the line to washed and moved to the front. And sure enough – 15 minutes later my car was pulled up and he was gone. It sat there another 15 minutes till someone named “Marty” took car of it… He helped me out big time. Two hours to get two keys made – totally horrible service. Totally. (1) it took to long to do something so simple (2) my original attendant (Scott), although courteous, yes … took off for lunch without checking on my car… I was wandering around that place – pacing around with nobody willing to help until FINALLY, (as mentioned above) someone took notice. Horrible service! There has got to be a better place to get my car serviced! I will NEVER go back to that place again. Lastly, get this … I got two keys made for my car and it cost $250 !! haha … give me a break! This place is a total RIP OFF ! More

We purchased a 2007 Toyota Avalon from Toyota of Richardson, and were blessed to work with Robert Alicea. The purchase itself was quick and went smoothly, but it's the events that took place less than a month later that have earned Robert such high stars in our book. Our Avalon had an air-conditioning compressor go out just 31 days after the purchase of the car, which caused damage to the air-conditioning system and radiator. Upon calling Robert (in a panic because we lived 4 hours away), he explained that the Avalon had a 3 month warranty and that we could work to get the car seen at our closest Toyota dealership to have the repairs done. Robert worked tirelessly to help us get the logistics worked out, was our liason between the Service Manager, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were not left "high and dry". He was the example of someone that took care of us, even AFTER the sale. The Toyota of Richardson Service Department and Business Office was amazing, as well. They went as far as to reimburse us for the amount of expenses we had to pay out of our pocket for repairs that were not covered by the warranty. We cannot say enough about this dealership's willingness to make sure that we were well taken care of...and for that, they have earned our business for life! I have taken our vehicles to Toyota of Richardson since we moved here in 2002. The advisors give an accurate estimate of what the issue is and tell us of any specials. I have worked with Matt Grier for s we moved here in 2002. The advisors give an accurate estimate of what the issue is and tell us of any specials. I have worked with Matt Grier for some years now & he is professional & courteous to work with; he follows up to insure work is done as discussed and alerts us in advance of any additional work that needs doing. We have also never had to take the vehicles back because it's done right & completely the first time. Thus I give it a 5 rating. More
