Matt Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided information on the cost of the service. He made an appointment time that would work well. He called when the service was finished and made provided information on the cost of the service. He made an appointment time that would work well. He called when the service was finished and made sure that I got the car when I needed it. I would give him 100%, if I had to give him a grade. He went above and beyond the routine service. More
Scott MacDonald is very knowledgeable and takes time to take customers to shop to see the problem with car. Show and tell ; not just tell. This is very helpful to customers. take customers to shop to see the problem with car. Show and tell ; not just tell. This is very helpful to customers. More
I've bought a 2010 Toyota Camry from Toyota of Richardson. The used car director Cesar Sotelo and Salesman, David CT White were taking care of me well. Before that, I went to toyota of plano, toyo Richardson. The used car director Cesar Sotelo and Salesman, David CT White were taking care of me well. Before that, I went to toyota of plano, toyota of mickenney, Don Davis of toyota in arlington. But Cesar Sotelo beat them all, he kept his promise and offered me the best deal in the DFW area! And David White is very cool, great attitude and professional. Thanks guys, you all are the best! More
I came in for my 2nd car purchase from Toyota of Richardson. This time, I had already done my homework and selected the 2011 Toyota Highlander 4x4 Limited w/nav, and comparison shopped several deale Richardson. This time, I had already done my homework and selected the 2011 Toyota Highlander 4x4 Limited w/nav, and comparison shopped several dealers for the best price on the car I wanted and the best price for my trade in. Jeff Skolnick is the internet car sales manager for Toyota of Richardson, TX. Jeff is very thorough, highly responsive, and high tech - he emails/ texts/ and calls promptly. In my case, the process took a few weeks because every time I found and locked in a vehicle at a different dealer that I wanted Jeff to source for me, it was somehow sold to someone else. Finally, I wrote up a purchase order for a new car altogether. Jeff was generous with my trade in, and his customer service and pricing surpassed the other Toyota dealers I talked with - Plano, Dallas, Lewisville. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. Thanks Jeff! More

I did not get a car that I really like over there, but through all the process, Brady Thomas was always be patient. You can actually feel that he is not just for his own sales gold. He is really works sooooo hard try to work something out that is exactly the way you like! I remember there is one thing he said that I think its was very impressive! he siad :" I would rather did not sell any car to my customer than sold a car for him but get complain from him later. " Anyway, Believe me he is a really really nice people! I promise he will be such your friend while you are choosing a car. No any pressure, you can even feel like he is on your side try to work something out with his manager. And the manager is really great too!! More
The whole process of buying a car went well. Kaelon showed us what we were looking for and no more. He was not high pressured and gave us the time we needed to think things over. I appreciated his laid showed us what we were looking for and no more. He was not high pressured and gave us the time we needed to think things over. I appreciated his laid back approach and no games. I would definately buy from him again. The dealership was extremely busy and best to get there early ! More
Toyota of Richardson's sales tactics are good. They use don't try to pressure you and truly offer you the best deal that they can rather quickly. However, it is after the sale that service starts to degrad don't try to pressure you and truly offer you the best deal that they can rather quickly. However, it is after the sale that service starts to degrade quite quickly. The car that we bought was given to us to drive away on empty-no attention to detail. Additionally, we were given only one key-doesn't seem like a big deal until you find out that new keys need to be programmed to the car and cost $110 (so full tank of gas+$110 car key=$160 on top of purchase price already). Finally, there were some small scrapes on the bumper that they agreed to fix as part of the deal. Our salesman was supposed to set up an appointment for this but did not. He just told me to show up around 10 a.m. the next day and it would take 45 minutes to fix. After driving the car out to Toyota of Richardson (half hour away from my house) I was greeted with a ton of confusion. Nobody knew where to take my car and my salesman was no where to be found. Finally, I was told to take it back to service. When I pulled up to the service lot I was very rudely greeted by the manager who seemed like he had much more important things to do. He told me that they don't do paint touch ups and to drive around back and look for "Mike". When I finally found Mike he was not expecting me to show up and told me that it would take eight hours (not the 45 my salesman told me) and he couldn't get to it that day. Reluctantly, I went home and came back the following day (half hour drive again) to drop off my car and finally get it fixed. Overall, the sale went smoothly but it is the care you get after buying the car that is extremely lacking. More
This is a busy location so unless you can leave your vehicle and come back for it on a Saturday, I would recommend going during the week. I made an appointment on a Saturday morning at 9 am and the cars vehicle and come back for it on a Saturday, I would recommend going during the week. I made an appointment on a Saturday morning at 9 am and the cars were lined up down the street. The wait time for an oil change was 3 1/2 hours. I didn't have anyone go with me so I could not leave my vehicle and I was not going to wait half the day at the dealer. They assured me if I would come on a Tuesday they would get me out of there in an hour and a half. I showed up yesterday after work on Tuesday and Mickey Hagar greeted me. I explained what I needed to get done (oil change, tires balanced). He said the wait was going to be an hour to an hour 1/2 for the oil change and another hour and a half at least for the tire balance. That was 3 hours minimum. I explained that this was the 3rd time that I have tried to get my vehicle in and I was assured last Saturday that they could get me out in an hour and a half. He talked to someone and said they should be able to do it. THEY DID!! It ended up my battery needed to be replaced as well as a broken brake light, both still under warranty. So I had an oil change, filters replaced, battery replaced, brake light replaced, tires balanced, car washed and ready to go in an hour and a half! I was SO SO VERY VERY HAPPY!!! Nothing worse than having to sit and wait for hours. They really impressed me. So friendly and they want me to come back so they did it for me. I will go back there and I have already told several people about the great experience. I work for an insurance company in the claims office so stories about dealerships are shared daily. This was a good story to tell! More
My husband and I have dealt with this dealership for many years and their service department is the best that we have ever encountered. They are the most friendly and efficient people to deal with and they a years and their service department is the best that we have ever encountered.
