I called Mr. Bryan early in the morning to get my side panel buffed and side mirror replaced. It was a hit and run so I was incredibly upset. Matt was so helpful, calm, and VERY understanding. It was easy, friendly and fun experience. We've been waiting for new PriusV since it's averrable in Japan. I purchased my Toyota Tocoma base model at TOR in 2007. It was new when I purchsed it, and I have not been anywhere else to get my truck serviced, and that is saying something, considering that I have 411, It was new when I purchsed it, and I have not been anywhere else to get my truck serviced, and that is saying something, considering that I have 411,000 miles (yes, 411,000) on it. How do you get that many miles on a truck, without it ever breaking down on the road....EASY, just do ALL of your maintenance by the book, even after it is out of warranty. I like the fact that they always use OEM parts, have qualified Toyota techs, and mucho experience when it comes to Toyotas. I am now looking forward to hitting the HALF MILLION MILE mark later this year. This is why I will always come back to Toyota of Richardson for all of my service, and will be back for my next purchase. More

Very unprofessional staff. I had a very bad experience with this richardson dealer. I wanted to buy a new toyota camry 2012, and the price they offered me for a LE is 28 k which was much higher price than with this richardson dealer. I wanted to buy a new toyota camry 2012, and the price they offered me for a LE is 28 k which was much higher price than the actual sticker price and then we negotiated and two parties agreed for 24K and they ran my credit score to find out my eligible APR for finance after which they again revisited the price quote and hiked it to 26K which was still much much higher. This is all done after my score was ran, I was in a very bad feeling and felt as cheated ! ended up buying my new vehicle in dallas which had a very warm and professional behavior with a good price. I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND TOYOTA OF RICHARDSON ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHEAP STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGER ! More
