I have owned a Toyota since 1993 and therefore have had several dealerships service my vehicles in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. I began having my new Avalon serviced at Toyota of Richardson since about 2005 and because of their honesty and getting it done when they say it will be done is one of the main reasons I have stayed with Toyota of Richardson. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and my service might take longer than I can stay around so I'm offered a ride to airport, to my office, to my home or anywhere of in some cases have been offered a loaner car. My service rep, Lee Schuster, recognizes me when I drive up, and takes care of me like I was really somebody! I've got a 2001 Avalon and a 2002 Tundra that I will always have serviced at Toyota of Richardson! By the way, they keep me going so well that my 2001 Avalon still gets very close to 30MPG on highway and I have NEVER had to change plugs or plug wires with over 170,000 miles on it! When Lee tells me something needs tending to, I know I can trust him without any doubts! Thanks Lee and Thanks Toyota of Richardson! More
I needed a tune-up for my 2000 Toyota Camry. We live in Florida but my husband works contract in Dallas so I first stopped in here a couple of years ago after a tire accident. Matt was the first person I met and we've been customers of the Servic Dallas so I first stopped in here a couple of years ago after a tire accident. Matt was the first person I met and we've been customers of the Service Department since...getting service work done here instead of at home in Florida. -- We have a ten year old Echo w/120000 miles on it now and 50 mpg still, because of the quality service. I never worry the work won't be done or something would be overlooked. And the prices are so much less than Florida and our previous NC service departments. Matt is extremely considerate and a great representative for Toyota and this dealership. He answers any questions and promptly returns phone calls/emails/texts. You can always judge a dealership by their service department... you spend a lot more time in that area than the showroom. Toyota of Richardson is tops. More

James is a kind, thoughtful, knowledgable person who I credit with keeping me in a safe, reliable, great looking Toyota for these years. He is an honest, loyal, straight shooter who has gone above and beyond the call of duty in providing great service for me and recently assisting me in purchasing another terrific Toyota. Randy Penn is excellent in his service and and knowledge of the vehicle. It was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in buying a Toyota. I have used Toyota of Richardson's service department for all of my car's regular maintenance and repairs since 2005. Mr. Chapman has always been my service advisor and has always taken very good care of me all of my car's regular maintenance and repairs since 2005. Mr. Chapman has always been my service advisor and has always taken very good care of me. When it is time for me to replace my car, it will be a Toyota and it will be purchased at this dealership. I don't have any dealings with the sales side of the dealership but if they are as good as their service and my personal advisor for the last 7 years, it will be an excellent experience. More
