Go to Jeremy, the Internet Sales Director, if you look for a straightforward deal. We knew which models we liked and went straight into talking about different finance plans (other dealers insist you test for a straightforward deal. Jeremy was very open about the cost, didn't try to upsale us, showed us the APR and was very patient. We left, knowing exactly what we paid with the car we had wanted. I dread buying cars because I don't like the circus many sales people create. The experience at Toyota of Richardson was refreshingly different. Clear, straight forward, professional - 21st century. Took my car in for routine oil change, tire rotation, inspection. Was told car would not pass inspection because of tires. I picked my car up and took in to a random Kwik Lube in Plano where it passed immediately. I asked the mechanic to show me what Toyota was talking about and he said I had plenty of tread. I returned to Toyota of Richardson where I spoke to the Service Manager James Holloman. I asked him to look at my tires and he agreed I did not need new tires. He called the lie they had told me a "MISTAKE." So, the 4 new tires they wanted to sell me and the bold face lie was a "MISTAKE." WOW....Ladies, re-think your visit to this dealership for repairs. We need to trust what we are being told and if they will lie about tires, what is next? Expensive work that is what is next. Get a second opinion and be educated as much as possible about your car. I found a Toyota Camry on your website and inquired about it. Mr Eubank got back to me the next morning so that I could see the car. Mr Eubank set me up to see Rey Reyes in finance and at first I wasn't to happy with the Apr but Mr Reyes worked on that on got me something I could afford. When I test drove the car one of the tires was low and air was put in. I bought the car and a couple days later that same tire was low. I took it to the service dapartment and was well taken care of there. The tire had a nail in it so it was changed with no extra charge to me.
