We had previously purchased a car from that dealership and also Toyota of Richardson so my husband suggested we drive down there. Boy, were we glad we did. Tracy Brown found us a terrific Camry. We were looking for a 2018 with low mileage and Tracy found a 2018 with 41 miles. Yes, 41 miles! We got a much better trade-in with Tracy and everything went quickly and smoothly once we agreed on price and trade-in.We are seniors and have had a lot of cars over the years and the experience yesterday with Tracy was the best. We really felt that he wanted our business unlike the other dealership. Leon in the Finance office was also very helpful and thorough in explaining the various protection packages. Thank you both for such a high quality of professionalism. More
2013 Sienna with issues to repair. Purchased 2013 Sienna on a Saturday July 2019. Next day I noticed it needed many repairs. Used Sales person : Tracy Brown refused to repair. Mitch, the service director, quoted me a fair price and even provided a coupon which reduced the price even more. Very happy with the timeliness of the servicing of my car. Not recommended The head salesman, Jeff Grettner was too concerned about the sale of a vehicle rather than customer service. It was the last day of the month and he p The head salesman, Jeff Grettner was too concerned about the sale of a vehicle rather than customer service. It was the last day of the month and he pulled every trick in the book, including walking away from the desk acting like he couldn’t make any deal and even had another salesman reach across me for the keys saying a woman drove three hours to buy the truck I was looking at. Then the other salesman walked back to an empty desk. Grettner did not know the law about altered handicapped vehicles not paying taxes, forced me to pay $1000 over sticker price for “accessories” I did not want and did not care that I had to alter the vehicle because that wasn’t important to him. The dealership had a man named Glass oco sent me a text apology but nothing else. He called it an “internal problem” and obviously the problem I had was not taken care of because the dealership thought of the sale first and me second if at all. The only bright not was the salesman names Jonathan (JP) and Nick in financing. They were both honest and didn’t lie like Jeff Grettner did. More
