Not a good experience considering we were upfront about test driving only and trade in vehicle wasn't available at that visit. Salesperson was pushing us to purchase even though we were very clear we had o test driving only and trade in vehicle wasn't available at that visit. Salesperson was pushing us to purchase even though we were very clear we had other vehicles we wanted to check out at other dealerships before making a decision. We gave them the opportunity to work the numbers, told them what the pymts had to be, what the max down payment was and they kept pushing. Salesperson kept asking about the source of the down payment funds(not his business). Even got a manager over to "help". We were also lied to claiming they were connected to the dealership next door. They are not connect with them. We walked out. We ended up purchasing 2 trucks from the Dodge dealership next door to them the next day. The experience was a huge difference and they made the numbers work for our budget. More

Alfonso the rep was cool but the manager was on duty on 4/24 in the used car section at 4pm is laughable and low key rude. I drive two hours to get a car appraised to trade in my car a Lexus and he literal 4/24 in the used car section at 4pm is laughable and low key rude. I drive two hours to get a car appraised to trade in my car a Lexus and he literally tried to play games and wouldn’t give me a number for the appraisel of my car. They literally lost a customer as we were ready to trade in. On top of that, they took my car and it was raining and I had to go find it I the rain; decided to go with another Toyota. More
