Awesome dealership / dedicated staff Came in today to purchase a car. First person I saw was John in the lot. He immediately welcomed me and asked me what I was visiting for. When I arrived the next morning to pick up my car Mike recognized me right away and explained the do's and don'ts of new tints. The experience was seemless. More

Sales experience I arrived at Toyota of Orlando on a Saturday afternoon with the expectation of looking at a few cars and than going home later on to decide on what wo I arrived at Toyota of Orlando on a Saturday afternoon with the expectation of looking at a few cars and than going home later on to decide on what would be the best fit. I was greeted by a friendly staff and was immediately asked what I found important in my vehicle needs. After test driving a Camry, I met with Luis Belter he explained what options came with the Camry and than asked me what I thought about it. At the time I wasn't fully sure so he provided me with 2 alternatives (Corolla and Prius) based on my expectations from a car's performance. All 3 options were great. Since I was still undecided Luis Belter took the time to exam plain all 3 vehicles, their safety ratings and finciancing options available for all of them. Not once did he give off the impression that all of the questions that I had were bothersome. He was beyond helpful and made me feel important. Not once did I feel rushed to make a decision. We test drove the RAV4 and the Camry and decided to purchase the Camry. They were a short-staffed in the Finance department, however, when it was our turn, Dessiree made it quick and painless as possible. We are very happy with our new car and would recommend our friends and family to visit Toyota of Orlando. More
