I contacted Toyota of Orlando to check in on their lease specials on their website for Camry Le, and wanted to see what a payment might look like if instead someone with tier 1 credit put down $0 or close t specials on their website for Camry Le, and wanted to see what a payment might look like if instead someone with tier 1 credit put down $0 or close to $0. I was passed to “Jazz” who told me I’d need to come in and do an application, because there is no way to know what bank would approve me and all the different figures. I told her that I was confused because two other dealerships I was speaking with were able to provide figures over the phone without an application. She said each dealership does things differently. I felt like she didn’t know too much about the process because I thought leasing went through the actual car manufacturer (Toyota) not other banks, but figured I could be wrong but didn’t understand how others were able to give me examples as well as the example offer on the website. She told me I could do the research and find out the numbers on my own. Taken back on that I politely ended the call. I called back within mins asking if I could briefly speak with someone from Finance or management. No one was available so reception offered to pass me back to sales and I told her politely I didn’t really want to speak with Jazz again and briefly explained. She passed me to Angelica who appeared at first like she was going to help me and after a few odd pauses she too said the same I needed to come In and apply. I began to see an odd pattern and bluntly said I feel like this is ridiculous and never heard of this. I said I was aware things will Need to check out credit/income wise to confirm numbers but someone should be able to provide an example to see if it’s worth the drive and credit pull. Needless to say neither of them could help. I just said thanks and disconnected the call. Then I got a follow up text from Jazz, and ignored it, then the next day I got a call from Jazz which I felt was a bit condescending asking if I made a deal with one of the other dealerships to see if I wanted to come in and I told her I didn’t want to deal with her if she wanted to pass me to a manager I’d be happy to talk with them. She said my manager is gonna say the same thing as her and transferred me to Tonya who was polite at first but continued with the same no logic information. Then she wasn’t even listening to me and trying to act like she caught me in some lie about whether I was willing to drive or not. I calmly said, I told her I was speaking with two other dealerships where the sales team had no problem sending me figures before I committed To taking an hour drive from where I live. She just kept going back and forth basically arguing but politely like she wanted the last word. So I said no thank you and I hung up and wrote an email to voice my experience and inquire if this is how they conduct work with out of state or area customers because it wouldn’t be conducive to their purpose of selling cars making money. I then the next day I got a call from Ricardo! He was very nice offered me the figures I had been asking for and boy was it a great deal! I told him that had the numbers been provided two days ago we would have gone in to secure the deal. I told him I’d call/email back shortly and texted into his team member Luz cause I left his email address on my desk. That we’d be coming in to test drive and secure the deal! Luz was helpful and said great sent the address but then updated that they are working on presale. I didn’t know that and asked what they had in stock and she said the Camry SE which is slightly more money, nonetheless I asked if she could have Ricardo figure out that payment before we come in. She said she’d get back with me and I never heard from her for the night. Needless to say I reached back out to Seminole Toyota that same evening and they were able to secure the vehicle match the deal ( and beat it by $10/mo) and we went to test drive and complete the lease! Toyota of Orlando dropped the ball! More

My salesperson was polite and helpful; however, the finance process completely changed my opinion. Before my credit was run, I specifically asked if they would do a soft inquiry first, and I was told yes. Instead, my credit was submitted to multiple lenders, resulting in numerous hard inquiry notifications. I feel this was not clearly explained to me before I signed anything. I was also told I did not qualify for the advertised internet price because I couldn’t obtain financing through Toyota, and I was instead pushed toward paying the higher MSRP. It felt misleading to advertise one price online but then try to sell the vehicle at a significantly higher price. To make matters worse, I was encouraged to keep my current vehicle—which already has a monthly payment—and finance the new vehicle separately, leaving me with two car payments totaling well over $1,300 per month. That recommendation did not seem to have my financial best interests in mind. The entire experience felt very high-pressure and focused on making a sale rather than helping me find the best option. Transparency and honesty are extremely important when making a major financial decision, and I did not feel I received either. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
On Thursday, June 11, 2026, I visited Toyota Orlando to see a 2026 Tundra I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived, the employee Isiis assisted me, and she was excellent. She showed me a 2024 Tund see a 2026 Tundra I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived, the employee Isiis assisted me, and she was excellent. She showed me a 2024 Tundra, allowed me to test‑drive it, and provided great customer service. After that, I was transferred to another salesperson, Rafael, who explained the numbers and the process. After reviewing everything, I decided to move forward with the purchase. The finance representative also treated me very well. However, at the end of the sale, the customer service experience changed, and it was disappointing. I asked if they could fill the gas tank, and Rafael told me he could only offer $10 of gas. For a 6‑cylinder Tundra, that amount is not meaningful. When the vehicle was delivered, even those $10 were not added. The truck had no floor mats, so I asked if they could provide the all‑weather mats that normally come with these Tundras. I was told, “We deliver it as it is.” This surprised me because at other Toyota dealerships—such as Central Florida Toyota—these small but important details are always honored by the salesperson, including gas, mats, and sometimes complimentary oil‑change services. This time, none of that was offered. I recommend that Toyota Orlando review their customer service practices, especially during the final stage of the sale. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle at Toyota Orlando, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend the dealership based on how the final details were handled. More

Avoid Toyota of Orlando – Major Letdown on My Tacoma Transmission My husband brought his Tacoma in after an independent shop quoted $6,700 to repair the transmission. He called Toyota of Orlando and sp Transmission My husband brought his Tacoma in after an independent shop quoted $6,700 to repair the transmission. He called Toyota of Orlando and spoke with Tony, who quoted him $8,500 for a brand-new transmission that he said was in a crate and ready to install. He drove down to the dealership, waited over two hours for no clear reason, and then Tony casually told him there are actually 150 transmissions on backorder for my truck. He suggested he go to All Transmissions which is where he just came from. Huge waste of time and completely misleading information. If you’re looking for honest service on your Toyota, I’d go somewhere else. Also we have bought 3 Toyotas here. More

We would have saved time, money, and experienced way less stress from having to deal with the other “used car salesmen”. They got us what we wanted- all of our needs and wants were met with the vehicle we wanted and well within our budget. The whole process with Jason and Andre was seamless and straightforward. There were no extra “fees” or “but wait” gotchas. We will be back to purchase our next vehicle here. Well worth the drive! More

He was able to get me in and out in about 30 mins for an oil change and tire rotation which was super fast despite the busy day they were having. I will continue coming to this location and have him assist me going forward. More
