1/3/2023 Toyota of Orlando, 2021 rav4 Le. call in with the same issues(battery drainage problems)that was services by them about a year ago which they didn’t replace. If you need a car I would just go to another dealership. The price that they show online is not the real price because when you get there they give a different price. I went in to buy a corolla when I got there they add $2000 more to the price for market adjustment. I tried negotiating with the sales man he states “everywhere has market adjustments and no one would take that out”. Well I called all the other Toyota dealerships in Orlando and they were all willing to take off the fee. While I was there the sell man acted like I was obligated to buy the car and I felt very pressured to just buy the car. I am so happy I went to Toyota winter park instead. More

Muy Mal Servicio traje mi Highlander 2021 para que le hicieran el cambio de aceite y filtro. Y cuando me dan la Highlander y yo la veo por dentro ellos me dañaron el panel del techo por dentro y los pane hicieran el cambio de aceite y filtro. Y cuando me dan la Highlander y yo la veo por dentro ellos me dañaron el panel del techo por dentro y los paneles de los dos lado por dentro me los raparon. Me destruyeron la Highlander por dentro y cuando yo reclamo los daños todos los del servicio riéndose. Para mi esto no es justo. dijeron que fuera hablar con esta 3 Personas para que lo arreglaran lo que dañaron y Gabriela, Agustín y la Señora Cintia no quisieron hacer nada que eso no era Problemas de ellos. I bought a 2022 Toyota Venza with Mr Guilherme Rosa Sales Director and Mrs Isabel at Toyota of Orlando. After signing the contract and leaving the deposit on my way home, I got a call from Mr Guilherme infor Director and Mrs Isabel at Toyota of Orlando. After signing the contract and leaving the deposit on my way home, I got a call from Mr Guilherme informing that he had made a mistake on the price and would no longer sell the car at that price by request of Mr Jordan, the owner of the company.(as a Director he should have taken the responsibility to himself).They wanted me to pay more U$2000 , even though, having already marked up $3000 as market adjustments over MSRP, crazy! I had several calls from them and a lot of pressure, they even claimed that my contract had no legal validity and they wanted me to pay for their mistake. The car was a gift for my wife, which generated a lot of frustration. Finally, the stress was so high that forced us to give up the business. I asked them to provide all paper work that I signed off but they refused. They always found an excuse for not stopping by as they didn’t want to give me any paper signed, except my deposit as they refunded.They didn't even send me the docs by email as it was promised. Be careful with this company, they don't respect customers neither are responsible for nothing they say or write.They have no commitment neither respect to their customers.The situation we lived in there was unfortunate. The Gift for my wife, has become a nightmare… run away from these guys!! Comprei uma Toyota Venza 2022 com o Sr Guilherme Rosa Diretor de vendas e Sra Isabel. Após ter assinado contrato e deixado depósito e a caminho da minha casa, recebi ligação do Sr Guilherme informando que havia errado no preço e não iria mais vender o carro naquele preço, por ordem do Sr Jordan, o dono da empresa, pois queriam mais U$2000, após já terem colocado ágil de $3000. Guilherme insistiu que o dono não havia autorizado a venda. Foram várias ligações e muita pressão, alegaram até que meu contrato não havia validade jurídica e queriam de qq forma que pagasse pelo erro deles.O carro era presente para minha esposa, oque gerou uma grande frustração.Por fim, o estresse foi tanto, que nos forçaram a desistir do negócio.Se negaram a nos fornecer qq documento daqueles que assinei, sempre achavam uma desculpa para que eu não fosse na empresa, nem msm enviaram por e-mail como prometido.Cuidado com esta empresa, não respeitam os clientes nem se responsabilizam por nada doque falam ou ou assinam. Desprezam documentos e não tem compromisso com seus clientes. Lamentável a situação que vivemos.Presente para esposa virou pesadelo… fujam dessa empresa!! More
Recently I purchased a 2018 Certified Pre-owned Toyota Tacoma from Toyota of Orlando. The vehicle was not inspected nor reconditioned as required by the written standards of the CPO program. As a result of Toyota of Orlando's failure to support and honor the CPO written warranty I have spent over nearly 8k in repairs. Moreover, vehicle also has unrepaired body damage. Toyota was contacted as well as Toyota of Orlando. Neither will take responsibility as the local dealer Toyota of Orlando states, we do not back the program as per we are locally owned and family owned. Manufacturer says, we cannot make a dealer honor the warranty as we did not sell the car the dealer did. Unethical business practices at Toyota of Orlando are fraudulent. Buyer be ware! I went to this branch today me and my wife to check out a car so the price it’s show online it’s nothing to do with the prices they have there but I went there for the online prices, we meet one nice guy and car so the price it’s show online it’s nothing to do with the prices they have there but I went there for the online prices, we meet one nice guy and we drove the can and then he brought us to the specialist sales his name is Raul he was nice just for the first couple of minutes and then he asked us where we come from and then start with this there is no cars in the market so what ever you see just take it. I noticed him that I have a budget he said this is the price and this is the car if you like it. I was waiting for the valuation of my car trading car. He was saying that no time to lose looks like we were hung in out to the dealership. When he came with very low value for my car and price for the new car was not that I see online I told him this is out of my budget so he said do you think I’m gonna give that amount for your car, than he said what’s your budget he said so you don’t wanna pay taxes then I got upset and left. This specialist sales was racist and so rude and so mean has and arrogant has nothing to do with costumer service he treats us literally less than a homeless. I will never go back or recommended for my family or friends or anywhere this Toyota branch. More
