I wasn't even looking to get my new car today, but he assured me he could get me out with a new car in just a couple of hours. I went for a test drive wit Barry who was very personable and funny. It was like driving with a friend rather than with a salesman. We went back in and Aundre Robertson worked quickly and diligently to get me the payment I wanted. The price he got me was fair and he made sure that I knew he was working on my behalf. Once that was approved, I was introduced to Carlos Polanco, the financier. He understood I didn't have much time and took me through the signing process effortlessly. His attitude was very positive and he explained everything to me in matter-of-fact terms. He even offered to help me move some things from my old car to my new one. Again, it felt like I was dealing with an old friend. This was my first time transferring to a new lease with this company, and all three employees made the job smooth. I will definitely be back after my lease is up for my next car. More

Great experience buying our New Car! We went shopping for a new car on Friday night at Toyota or Orlando. We were met by Colten and he was so nice and helpful to us. He wanted to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. He explained all the features and then took us for a test drive. He then made sure we spoke to Antonio Cruz. Tony was so helpful and nice as well! He started all the paper work and made sure we were getting all of the things we needed at a good price. He also wanted us to call him if we ever needed anything. Very nice guy! We then were helped by Carolos Polanco who finished all the paperwork with regards to Tax, tag and title, etc...Carlos even put our all weather mats in our car as well a removed all stickers on the window and cleaned the windows too. Colten, Antonio (Tony) and Carlos were great representatives for the dealership. I would recommend anyone to them. More
