They don't value their customer I purchased a new vehicle from here and their employee messed up the contract so I ended up wasting an additional day dealing with paperwork and I was I purchased a new vehicle from here and their employee messed up the contract so I ended up wasting an additional day dealing with paperwork and I was told I could return the new vehicle and pound sand if I don't agree to the new contract terms that they set for me. When I insisted that I wanted to speak to the owner I was informed that the owner does not have time to listen to customers. Go somewhere else to purchase your vehicle. Sidenote is the sales person was super awesome and knowledgeable. More

Then we worked with Carlos Polanco to sign the paperwork and go over the details, he explained things and was actually fun to work with, he was serious about numbers but it was enjoyable working with him. We felt like everyone was honest and that we were treated fairly. Plus, we love the SUV! More

New Truck I was in from out of town and my other Toyota stopped working and basically had to trade it in to get home and didn't have to be without a car for 2 m I was in from out of town and my other Toyota stopped working and basically had to trade it in to get home and didn't have to be without a car for 2 months (the length I was told it would be for mine to get fixed). So I went in a was treated pretty well. The process was very slow (worked with someone brand new). So took time away from our vacation, but had to get the truck, was leaving for home the next day. Great buying experience! I recently purchased a new Toyota Prius from Toyota of Orlando and my experience was excellent! I showed up on a Friday afternoon with my 10 year old I recently purchased a new Toyota Prius from Toyota of Orlando and my experience was excellent! I showed up on a Friday afternoon with my 10 year old Prius that wasn't running well and I was so happy that the service department could check my car out that day. Alex Balado was the service technician and he was great. After getting the bad news I decided it was time to shop for a new car. Jason King spent a good hour and a half showing me the Toyota Corolla and the Toyota Prius-he was very patient and a good listener. Next I worked with Guilherme Rosa who was also excellent-he was friendly and not a pushy salesman. Stephanie Alexander was probably exhausted because there was several other customers to finish before mine but she was friendly and cheerful. Overall I was very impressed and glad that I trust Toyota to make great cars and always provide great service. This was my 5 th Toyota and probably not my last!! More
