Special thanks to Betheny Prince, my financial representative who did an awesome job explaining to me all the paperwork I had to sign and helping me pair my phone with my brand new car via Bluetooth. I cannot remember his name, but, I am surely going to call and get his name. He never pushed us to make a decision, even when it came to running my credit report. In the end, I left with a car, but, it was at the payment that I felt comfortable with. Central Florida Toyota Manager, did not give me the deal that I wanted, even with exceptional credit that I had. I am happy that I decided to walk away from that dealership, and, go to Toyota of Orlando. More

Lee Smith was our first contact at Toyota of Orland and a new hire. Lee is a very nice young man, courteous, genuine, who will be an asset to Toyota of Orlando. He just needs time and experience to learn the huge amount of information about all the various Toyota products. He is smart and willing to get answers for his customers. More

I was impressed with the customer service I experienced by just taking my car to have the air pressure checked and another time to buy wiper blades. They made my purchase experience so fast and easy! My Salesman Scotty Bumbalough was straight to the point. I felt no pressure at all and could not believe how fast I was in and out!
