Horrible! Worst experience EVER with a car dealership! I saw a 2015 Toyota Corolla on line with no pictures attached so I called the dealership and the internet Worst experience EVER with a car dealership! I saw a 2015 Toyota Corolla on line with no pictures attached so I called the dealership and the internet manager told me the car was being detailed and would be ready by the time we got there which was an hour drive! She also said that there was NO DEALER FEE and to print out a $700 off coupon after I filled out my info online... (which I did) that it would be honored. Upon our arrival we found out that the car was not ready AT ALL and was never detailed. They proceeded by trying to sell us other used cars and kept on trying to push a new car sale on us. After we told them we were only interested in that specific car they told us to come back the next day. After some conversation with another manager, they agreed to show it to us un-detailed. They promised the car would be done the next day and look awesome... so we agreed to come back the next day and purchase it upon review. I asked to be called the following day and told them we would be there within the hour and if we could just put a deposit on it. This is where it gets worse... They do not take deposits and would not even hold the car an hour after it being detailed for us! The Sales manager told us that they will not pass up a sale... and would not hold it under any circumstances! We were told this was company policy because it is PRIVATELY OWNED and Toyota has no say in what they do! So after I asked to speak to someone else several times and was denied, I then proceeded to repeat back to them (in a really annoyed tone) how horrible there customer service was to expect loyalty from a costumer to come back and forth to no fault of there own and that they was absolutely no loyalty from them to just hold a car for an hour! To my surprise, we were then greeted with a supervisor who asked us to go into a private room. After we explained the situation he was willing to accommodate us for the hour. We were just about to leave and I asked for the final OTD price to assure we could just purchase it outright the following day with no issues and then... BAM! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! COINCIDENTALLY... THAT VERY DAY THEY ISSUED AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WERE NO LONGER ACCEPTING THE COUPONS AND WERE NOW IMPLEMENTING DEALER FEES!!!! BUT, if we paid IN FULL that day then they would honor one (not both)... !!! We walked out in total disbelief! TOTAL SCAM!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I would never give them a penny of my money.... greedy and unethical! Go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money! More

A job well done Alex Balado, service agent, and the mechanic who worked on my 2006 Scion tc, which had about 150K miles, did not try to jack-up the invoice with unnec Alex Balado, service agent, and the mechanic who worked on my 2006 Scion tc, which had about 150K miles, did not try to jack-up the invoice with unnecessary repairs or maintenance, but rather they did what I requested in accordance with the Scion's published recommended maintenance and they did the job well and within a reasonable time: the 2006 Scion tc with 150K miles runs as well as or better than newer cars with less mileage.
