Service Visit Oil change was fast and no complains. My issue was from the sales dept. Not happy they ran my credit! I was approached about car exchange from Christian and was only looking for info and was promised that it was a soft running in my credit and it wouldn’t show up. Not only was I being screwed over, and let’s be honest I’m not an idiot, my credit reporting came up as an alert from being ran at this dealership. Sadly this will impact my decision to go somewhere else for business!! More

BEST IN CLASS EXPERIENCE! By the far the best new car buying experience ever! Using their website, I already identified which specific vehicle I wanted. When I arrived, Glendal By the far the best new car buying experience ever! Using their website, I already identified which specific vehicle I wanted. When I arrived, Glendaly Gonzalez helped me locate the vehicle on the lot. While looking, we chatted and I learned that she was brand new. Her product knowledge and customer service was awesome to say the least and I never would have guessed she was new. She was a pleasure to work with and I see her doing really well in her new role. Fred Robinson was the next person I worked with and we worked out all the details of the transaction. Normally, this is the worst part of the deal. All of the back and forth haggling and whatnot. I told Fred that this was the third Toyota dealership I’ve been to in the last couple days and I’m ready to purchase as long as the numbers are right. Fred is an absolute pro because instead of wasting everyone’s time, not only were the numbers right on the first try, he expedited the process. He was very efficient and very personable throughout and I could definitely see myself purchasing another vehicle from him in the future. As for all of the closing document processing, I told Finance rep Bethany Prince that I needed to be out ASAP. Like Fred, she was thorough, but also fast and efficient. She wasn’t too fast though. If I had a question, she made sure I understood the reason before we moved on. Absolutely all three “levels” of my experience at Toyota of Orlando were BEST IN CLASS and I highly recommend this dealership! More
