I was in a car accident with a semi, and chose Toyota of Orlando because it was the closest Toyota dealership. However after all is said and done I am so happy I chose them. The whole front passenger side o Orlando because it was the closest Toyota dealership. However after all is said and done I am so happy I chose them. The whole front passenger side of my car needed to be replaced and was done so. The car now looks brand new, and they were done in just over 2 weeks. I received a call 2 times a week updating me on the process of the car. When I picked the car up not only was the out side of the car cleaned the inside was spotless as well, it appeared as the only thing they didn't do was shampoo the carpets. Overall I would highly recommend the body shop to anyone needing work. And because of the body shop any time I need service done I will return to the dealership even though it is not the closet Toyota dealership to my house, and because of the body shop when it is time to purchase another vehicle I will return to Toyota of Orlando. Overall great experience and Highly recommended. More
Toyota of Orlando advertises cars for sale that they don't actually have on the lot. I called and asked if a particular car that they advertised was available. They said yes and I made an appt. to test don't actually have on the lot. I called and asked if a particular car that they advertised was available. They said yes and I made an appt. to test drive it. When I arrived to test drive it an hour later, they could not "find" the car, but wanted me to test drive a higher priced model while they "looked" for the car. They tried to have me sign a contract for the higher priced car. When I insisted that I was only interested in the advertised car, they said that it had been sold that morning. Right! More

Definitely speak to Michael Ross an excellent salesman, he played no games with us and was extremely patient as I am very particular. The finance people added no "extras" and played no games with me. I researched and found the exact model I wanted to purchase and brought in their internet coupon, which they honored. Everyone was polite and pleasant. I understand they are in the business to make a profit, the majority of the time I spent at the dealership was haggling over my trade in (2005 large SUV). Left the dealer and immediately heard a thumping noise which was not present during the test drive. This was due to a large nail in the front tire. We turned around and went back to the dealer and Michael arranged with the service department (Emile) to take care of us,they immediately replaced the tire with no games. etc. The last time we purchased a car was 4 +/- years ago and I was dreading having to shop for a car however my experience with Michael Ross at Toyota of Orlando went very smoothly. We will definitely see Michael when it is time for our next vehicle purchase. More
I did my research and found they had the lowest price. When I arrived, I was greeted, shown the vehicle and the price was clearly marked on the windshield. It was a no-hassle sales experience. Went in to this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. Edgar insisted that I listen to his entire spiele of the various additional options, despite my telling him exactly what I wanted. On his way back Edgar insisted that I listen to his entire spiele of the various additional options, despite my telling him exactly what I wanted. On his way back from getting the key to the car, he somehow hooked up with a second customer and actually said "Work with me here..." and tried to convince me to take a test RIDE in the back seat of the car with the other customer driving. Unbelievable! When I said no, the sales manager had him take the other customer. What idiots. More
Called the dealership on specific car with VIN#. Jesus guy called back to say it is available at $23,999 and come in the dealership to complete the transaction. Arrived at dealership next day finding the guy called back to say it is available at $23,999 and come in the dealership to complete the transaction. Arrived at dealership next day finding the price of the car is now $1K more (cashback already included in the price). Deny, deny, deny that I ever called and they quoted the previous price. Negotiated the price which went fine until they claim they will not accept own financing payment using bank draft, then this Kyle guy baits you into signing their own financing and claiming it is required by Patriot Act. Asked him to name the verbiage of the Act why I have to give SS# since I am not financing with them, guess what he can't find any. His goal was to bait and switch you to their financing all along. Told him he is abusing the Patriot Act and a liar. Will never do business with this place. White shirt sales guy who accompanied me on test drive was very knowledgeable and friendly though. There catch phrase of UNBELIEVABLE is true. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. More
Called the dealer to see if they had a Tundra CrewMax on the lot. After being put on hold 3 times with no result (the receptionist was nice & kept checking back with me, but a salesman never answered). I ca the lot. After being put on hold 3 times with no result (the receptionist was nice & kept checking back with me, but a salesman never answered). I called back again, 3 more times on hold and spoke with a sales person who assured me they "Had a CrewMax on the lot". I asked him for the color & VIN. He told me it was slate, but didn't have the VIN. Against my better judgement I went to the dealer, ran the gauntlet of "Product Specialists" /salespeople and walked the lot. No CrewMax. I went through a product specialist, a salesman & a sales manager. All lied to me about the vehicle being on the lot. They claimed it was there, but couldn't produce it. Nice job guys! I had a check in my pocket ... I'll find one elsewhere. More
Back in 2003 when we bought our Toyota Echo we thought we were getting a great deal! We purchased oil changes at the time of purchase which worked for us since we were expecting our 2nd child. We also got th were getting a great deal! We purchased oil changes at the time of purchase which worked for us since we were expecting our 2nd child. We also got the Tires for Life program. The oil changes have been headaches everytime we go there! We live about a 1 hour drive from the dealership and once we get there it is usually a 2-3 hour wait just to get the oil changed, even if we have an appointment! We had 1 tire replaced with the tires for life program and we werent unhappy with that. However we are late getting our oil changed by about 2000-3000 miles due to having 3 kids and only 1 of us works, so there isnt much time to fit an oil change into our schedule! So my husband took the car in for regular maitenance, oil change and the tires need to be changed now since they are really worn out and they WILL NOT HONOR THE TIRES FOR LIFE PROGRAM!!!! Because we missed our alignments and maitenance. They werent very understanding about our situation of having to drive over an hour, 3 kids, one income! Now they want to sell us very pricey tires, plus aligntment! We had the first appointment of the day at 7am, and 2.5 hours later we are told it will be another 2 hours until they get it done!!! Once our contract for the oil changes is over we will not be doing business with Toyota of Orlando ever again!!!!! More
