I am very happy with the service I received at Toyota of Orlando and their internet sales department. At first, I knew that I wanted to look around and do some research before I jumped into a car. I went to several dealerships, but not only found that they prices were not within in my budgeted range, but also, I felt like I was just another customer who was being pressured into something I wasn't 100% sure on. I started looking at the Toyota of Orlando website and found a 2011 Camry that I wanted to look into. I spoke with Jon Albino. on the phone, and he was very respectful, very easy to speak with and he took the right amount of time to answer any questions I had. I went to the Toyota dealership two days later and was helped by Kenny Patterson and Frank R. He was very considerate and helpful in choosing the car I thought was best for me. I did not buy a car that day because the price was a little higher than my budget. The next day I received a call from Jonathan A. who said he would work a better deal, to try to fit into my original price rance. After all the help I receieved from the friendly and patient staff, I chose to buy my 2011 Camry from Toyota of Orlando, and couldn't be happier! I would recommend anyone who is trying to buy a vehicle from solid and trusting people, to visit Toyota of Orlando. More

I've seen many ads on television about this place so I decided to give them a call before stopping by. I spoke to Jay over the phone. He was very polite and informed me about all the different models they had in stock that may fit what I needed. Small car, good on gas, and affordable. Upon arrival, I was greeted by John who helped in search of my new car. John was very professional, kind, and knowledgable. He was not pushy like other car sales men and was able to answer all my questions about the Corolla. After I decided the Corolla was the car I wanted, I met Rich. I told Rich right off the bat that I was not ready to buy today and that I wanted to see what they could do for me. He was very nice and was able to give me a price guarantee so that when I was ready to buy. The price of the vehicle would not change. All in all, my visit at this dealership was exactly what I expected. They will definitely earn my business once I am ready. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market to buy a new car. More

I felt totally comfortable the entire time and I never once felt pressured or pushed to buy the vehicle. I thought it was going to be like every other dealership that I had walked out of because of the long, drawn out, back and forth nonsense that usually goes on when buying a car but at Toyota of Orlando there was none of that. David was very knowledgeable on his product, the financial options, the programs that Toyota offers its customers and most importantly he didn't waste my time. In short he was a complete professional in every aspect of the sale. I would definitely reccomend Toyota of Orlando to any of my friends and family that are in the market for a new vehicle. I just recently bought a Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Orlando. After the bad experience that I had with your consultant Emil, Dave was much more down to earth and did'nt seem so sarcastic about customer need's and wants. They need more customer friendly people like Dave, he took the time to give me the quality care and assurance that I needed to feel confortable again with your services. Brian the manager also gave me a $50 dollar incentative towards my services, hopefully I will not have poor judgement on customer quality and self worth, especially when it comes to communication and understanding. Dave the service consultant and brian the service manager met my need's today and fulfill the right customer satisfaction, this is what makes a customer come back and gain that loyalty and great customer rapport. Juan and his team were very courteous, and professional in their sales approach. We explained to them that we were fixed in our decision in the car we wanted to own as well as working with a budget. After all, it seems their motive or ultimatum was for us to leave the compound a happy customer. It was late in the evening, after closing hours, and in the middle of the paper processing we made a change is the colour of the car we originally agreed on. I was thrill over the prompt and polite reaction to redo the paper just to have us satisfied. The excellent service I received has inspired me to recommend my friends and family to this dealer. More
I went into to the dealership and they were awesome. They showed me lots of new and used cars. Went went through the numbers on multiple vehicles that I had picked out as ones I would like to have, we test d showed me lots of new and used cars. I am saying that I left with a new Toyota Corolla S and I love it. The price was so good and even with my credit my payments are nice and low. I really enjoy driving this car it is great! I am 50 I have had some horrific car buying experiences. The people at Toyota of Orlando really listened to me and what I wanted and needed. Thank you. More
From the moment I met this guy Tavaris I felt completely comfortable with this guy as if I've always know him. He wasn't pushy and cocky like most people in the car business but yet EXTREMELY knowledgable, comfortable with this guy as if I've always know him. The way that he broke the engine and features to the vehicle down to me was the best way that I have ever seen in my life. After I started working with him I did not want to leave him until the deal was complete. He made the job completely easy for the other guy Juan Diaz to work numbers who was really good as well. Toyota of Orlando is a really good dealership but if there is anyone in the world I would recommend to buy a vehicle from it will have to be Tavaris.
